Return Procedures
To Receive A Refund For Returned Items
- Items should be unworn, and in their original packaging with the Judson & Company barcode attached..
- Items should be returned in a padded envelope or box.
- Items should be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns should include a copy of the original invoice.

To Receive A Store Credit For Items
- Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- For damaged or defective items, simply email sales@judson.biz the
invoice number, item number, and a photo of the damage. We will reply with details on next steps.
Backorders
- In the event that items are not in-stock at the time of order, they will be backordered automatically.
- Backorders will be cancelled if they total less than $20 or if we have not acquired the items within 14 days.
- Only orders shipping to the Continental 48 are eligible to receive backorders.
- No additional shipping will be charged on backorders.
- Backordered items will be charged when shipped.
- Canceled backordered items may be reordered.
